DeskSpace Paragon was our original location. However, due to space limitations, we’ve relocated to a larger facility at Citypoint Mall, which now serves as the main DeskSpace. The Paragon Mall office is currently managed by Kloena Digital, a sister company under the same ownership. Existing tenants under contract with us may continue using the Paragon space.

An initial payment of one month’s rent plus a two-month security deposit is required. Monthly rent must be paid by the first week of each month. Late payments will result in a warning and may be considered a breach of the tenancy agreement. Repeated violations risk having your company listed on our public blacklist, which is also shared with relevant government agencies.
If you terminate your rental contract early, you will be required to pay the remaining rental fees, minus two months of the deposit. For example, if you have 4 months left, you will only need to pay for the remaining 2 months, as the deposit covers the other 2 months. If you have 1 or 2 months left, no additional payment is required. However, if only 1 month remains, the deposit will not be refunded.
Certainly, you can upgrade your plan to a larger room, subject to availability. Downgrading your plan will also depend on room availability. Upgrading your plan will not affect the contract term, but downgrading will extend the contract by one year.
If you’re renting a room, absolutely. We provide basic furniture, but any additional items must be supplied by you. You’re welcome to store your files and belongings in the room, as our security is guaranteed. However, if you’re renting a hot desk, you cannot bring furniture or store personal items there, as it’s not designated for that purpose and will be at your own risk.
Yes, if you’re renting a room, hot desk (monthly plan only), or virtual office, you may use the address as long as you’re under contract. Please reach out to our staff if you require LHDN stamping for this purpose.
